Rates
Rates quoted in this tariff are nett in US Dollars. The prices are basis
on twin sharing basis and Bed and Breakfast basis. All rates are subject
to change without prior notice.
The price includes: all transfer, excursions, transportation, sightseeing,
accommodation, guide service, entrance and zonal fees.
The priced excludes: international flight, visa fees, travel insurance,
airport tax on departure, meals, drinks, spending money and personal
expenses.
Payment
It can be negotiated. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer to Myanmar
Investment and Commercial Bank (MICB).

Services shall not be provided unless remittance reached us prior to the
arrival of the clients.
Cancellation
Cancellation shall be effective on the day of the written notice is
received. Cancellation fees are mentioned here under:
45 days prior to arrival NILL
44 to 21 days prior to arrival 15 % on tour price
20 to 7 days prior to arrival 25 % on tour price
Less than 7 days prior to arrival 50 % on tour price
Group Discount
Tour leader of a group of 16th members will be given FOC discount on
room, transfer and tours.
Refund
After commencement of travel, no refund either in full or in part will
be given for unutilized services included in the program.
